How it works

For homeowners it is a directory of Nashville home service pros. For businesses it is a free profile you control.

If you are looking for a home service pro

Pick a trade and a market and you get every business that has listed itself in it. Each profile is written by the business, so what you read is what they say about their own work rather than a summary someone else wrote about them.

Sending an enquiry goes straight to that business. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to three competitors, and we do not charge anyone for the introduction.

If you run a home service business

A listing is free and takes a few minutes. You create an account, write your own description, choose your trade, set the markets you actually cover, and add photographs of real work. Everything stays editable — the profile is yours, not a page about you.

  1. Create an account. Email and a password. Nothing else.
  2. Fill in your profile. Trade, description, services, service area, contact details.
  3. Publish when you are ready. Drafts stay private until you say so.

What we do not do

There are no reviews here yet, and there are no invented ones. A directory that launches with five-star ratings nobody wrote is worth less than one with none. If reviews are added, they will come from real customers and be marked as such.

Common questions

Is Nashville's Best Pros free for homeowners?

Yes, entirely. There is no account to create, no fee to browse and no charge to contact a business. Your details are not sold on and your enquiry is not shared with anyone but the business you sent it to.

Is Nashville's Best Pros free for businesses?

Yes, and there is no paid tier above it. No subscription, no cost per lead and no commission on the work. The directory is run by Nashville's Web Design, which builds and ranks websites for Nashville home service businesses, and a directory of them is worth more to us than a listing fee.

Who writes the profiles?

The businesses do. Nobody here writes a page about a company without it — the description, the services, the service area, the photos and the credentials all come from the business, and it can change any of them at any time.

What happens when I send an enquiry?

It goes by email to that business and to nobody else. It is not routed through a call centre, not resold to a lead broker, and not forwarded to three of its competitors.

Why are there no star ratings?

Because we will not invent them. A new directory with a page of five-star reviews on day one made them up. If reviews are added they will come from verified customers and be labelled as such.
